Store policies are subject to change
Purchases can be delivered to customers address or picked up in store
No Deliveries or Store pickups can be made until payment is received in full
We deliver to counties Longford and Westmeath - if your computer location is outside these counties you will be unable to complete the transaction at the checkout page
The majority of our products will be delivered by a staff member to ensure proper handling and care of the plants
If a plant appears as in stock on our website it does not imply that the item is available in our physical store in Ballymahon
Delivery of purchases can take between 3 and 6 days depending on transaction volumes and stock availability
If for any reason an item is unavailable we will contact the customer and offer an alternative or a refund
If for any reason we are unable to deliver to your area or cannot source items you have purchased we will process a full refund to customers card immediately
We will notify customer in advance of estimated delivery day and time. The customer must be available to take delivery of items and also confirm that items are as per order and delivered in good condition
If for some reason there is an issue with any product they may be returned with delivery driver ( unless delivered by external courier)
Returns can be brought directly to our store in Ballymahon (check opening hours)
All issues with products must be advised to Creations Garden Centre on day of delivery and will be resolved in an appropriate manner by Creations Garden Centre
Compost and bulky items are only available for Store Pickup (check opening hours)
Some Product pictures shown on the Website are of mature products and are for illustrative purpose only, variations in size colour and shape may occur due to the nature of our product and time of year the plant is purchased. As we deal in live products, it is inevitable that the sizes and colours of our produce may vary from time to time; all illustrations and descriptions are approximate.
Due to the nature of the products sold on the Website, products cannot always be returned, however your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Unauthorized or unlawful usage of the Website or the contents thereof can be an infringement of intellectual rights, Privacy laws, and publication and or communication laws. You are responsible for anything you send from this Website.
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information on this website is correct but we cannot however be held responsible for the suitability of a product for a specific purpose.
